São Paulo – Registration is open for the 11th Ethos Institute Companies and Social Responsibility International Conference. In this edition, to take place between June 15th and 18th, at Transamérica Hotel, in São Paulo, the participants should be invited to discuss the transformations that people, companies, societies and the state need to develop to manage a new global economy, fairer and more sustainable.
The programme was divided into plenary, roundtables, theme panels and workshops for management, with the objective of promotion of different visions and practices about the theme. And, to improve the relations about the dilemmas currently lived. "Dialogue Roundtables" will be established to promote the exchange of ideas and the creation of new knowledge.
According to information by a spokesperson for Ethos Institute, the conference should include representatives of several companies, students and university teachers of several countries, mainly Latin American, European and North American.
As has already become traditional, the 2009 International Conference should begin with debate "RSE in the Media", on June 15th. This activity is open to the public, as is the Sustainable Technology Exhibition, which should take place in the sidelines of the International Conference, at Transamérica Hotel.
This year there should also be Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpreters, to guarantee communication to deaf people. People with other disabilities should inform the organisers of them when registering for participation so that the 2009 International Conference may adopt the necessary measures.
