Dubai – Brazilian nuts are part of Iraqi company Royal Nuts’ portfolio. The brand is open to expanding supplier and buyer markets. “We are always looking for suppliers all over the world. We focus on quality. It is not just Brazilian nuts; We choose the best of the best to represent us. So, if we have good proposals from Brazilian suppliers, in nuts or dried fruits, why not?” Hamid Abdulridha Abdulraheem, CEO of Royal Nuts, told ANBA.
The Brazilian nut, also known as Brazilian chestnut, is sold in an exclusive package and also in the brand’s nut mix.
Founded in 1950, the company has been passed from one generation to another. Based in Baghdad, the capital city of Iraq, the brand works with 40 products in its portfolio. Raw materials are imported by the company, processed, and then exported.
Among Royal Nuts’ buying markets are the United States, Europe, Australia, Libya, and Qatar. With the participation in this year’s edition of Gulfood, the largest food show in the Middle East, which ended this Thursday (17), the businessman hopes to enter Saudi Arabia soon. “We are doing great business at Gulfood. Here we find many distributors from different countries around the world. And we are open to exporting to new countries, without limitations,” recalled Abdulraheem.
