John Deere sells harvesters and tractors produced in their Brazilian unit to the Arabs
The company started shipping machinery produced in their Horizontina factory, in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, to the region around one year ago. In the last 12 months, sales to the Middle East and North Africa have represented 10% of foreign trade by the Brazilian factory. John Deere is one of the world leaders in production of agricultural machinery, with industrial plants in 32 countries.
