Brasília – The secretary general of the League of Arab States, Amr Mussa, detailed today (4), during a talk at Rio Branco Institute, in Brazilian capital Brasília, some points of the process for reform of the League of Arab States. According to him, this year the parliament, initially transitory, as was the European parliament at the beginning, should be created. Mussa also stated that the League will include participation of non-governmental organizations, as is the case with the United Nations (UN).
