São Paulo – Leather and skins exports from Brazil grossed US$ 206 million in November, according to figures from the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade disclosed by the Confederation of Brazilian Hides and Skins Industries (CICB). Revenues were down 4.4% from November 2013.
Year-to-date through November, however, revenues were up 18.6% to US$ 2.8 billion. In the comparable year-ago period, the industry posted US$ 2.511 billion in revenues.
