Mercosur Summit had candid debate on integration
The opinion about the Summit, held in the southeastern Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, was expressed by the Brazilian minister of Foreign Relations, Celso Amorim. According to Amorim, differences aside, the member countries agree on the main point, which is the regional integration based on social justice and economic development.
