More Arab companies want to buy live cattle from Brazil
Exports of more than 30,000 steers from the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul to Lebanon called the attention of other Arab importers. According to Elmar Carlos Hadler, president at the city of Pelotas Rural Association, which gathers the supplying farmers, after sales started in the beginning of the year, another two trading companies, from Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, are interested in importing.
