São Paulo – The book Salvar o fogo by Brazilian writer Itamar Vieira Jr. will be released in Arabic in the coming months by Egyptian publisher Logha Publishing. The publishing house has already translated Crooked Plow, the first book of the Earth Trilogy, into Arabic. In October, the final book of the series, Coração sem Medo [Fearless Heart], will arrive in Brazilian bookstores.

According to Todavia, the Brazilian publisher that holds the publishing rights for Itamar Vieira Jr., Logha is responsible for Salvar o fogo in the following Arab countries: Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and the United Arab Emirates.
Itamar Vieira Jr. is one of the most successful authors in recent years, both in Brazil and abroad. Salvar o fogo tells the story of Moisés, an orphaned boy who lives with his father and sister and is raised by an employee of the town’s monastery. One day, a serious event threatens to bring the family secrets and past sufferings to light.
