Oil giant Petrobras, from Brazil, to participate in tender in Libya
According to information supplied by the company, the tender for exploration of oil or gas will take place up to the end of 2005. Still in the Arab world, authorities in Iraq showed interest in returning to business with the Brazilian state-owned oil company, interrupted 25 years ago.
