São Paulo – Parmalat Alimentos has concluded the sale of their Tomato and Vegetable lines to Assolan, a company that is part of the Monte Cristalina Group. Assolan purchased all the assets of the Araçatuba unit, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, and the brands in the division. This information was provided by a spokesperson for Parmalat.
