Petrobras invests to make Espírito Santo the second greatest oil producing state in Brazil
The oil company will invest US$ 6 billion in the state up until 2010. This year US$ 1 billion will be invested. The beginning of operations on platform P-34, currently being redone, should make the state of Espírito Santo the second greatest oil producer in the country already next year. Today, in spite of having the second greatest volume of reserves of the commodity, the state is the sixth producer.
