São Paulo – The president of Brazilian aircraft maker Embraer, Maurício Botelho, signed yesterday, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the contract for the supply of 15 aircraft of the Embraer 170 model to Saudi Arabian Airlines. The contract is for US$ 400 million and the aircraft will start being delivered at the end of the year.
Apart from Botelho, the director general of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Khaled A. Ben-Bakr, and prince Bin Abdulaziz, who is the chairman of Saudi Arabian Airlines also participated in the ceremony.
