São Paulo – June posted 285 real estate transactions in Qatar, as the number of properties sold index recorded an increase of 8%, the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice said according to Qatari state news agency QNA.
Real state trading amounted to QR 1.1 billion (USD 298 million).
Real estate by municipalities
Al Dhaayen, Al Rayyan and Doha municipalities topped the most active transactions in terms of financial value in June. Al Rayyan municipality’s transactions amounted to QR 358.7 million (USD 95.56 million), the financial value of Al Dhaayen municipality’s transactions amounted to QR 290,2 million (USD 77.3 million), while the financial value of Doha municipality’s transactions amounted to QR 289 million (USD 77 million).
