Saudi organisation buys chemical company with subsidiary in Brazil
Cristal, a company from Saudi Arabia, signed this week a contract for the purchase of Millenium, the titanium dioxide division of the North American de Lyondell. The acquisition includes a factory that the company has in northeastern Brazil and that produces pigment for paint, plastic, paper, rubber and ceramics.
