São Paulo – Expo 2020 Dubai, a world’s exhibition that will take place from October 2020 to March 2022 in the United Arab Emirates, will have famous international restaurants with acclaimed chefs. Saudi newspaper Arab News ran a list in its website with six of them as special suggestions for those attending the event. According to Arab News, Expo 2020 Dubai is slanted to be a gastronomic paradise.
BREAD AHEAD
The London-based bakery is known for its mouth-watering donuts, and gluten-free and sourdough breads.
KUTIR
The restaurant’s name means “small cottage” in Sanskrit, and chef Rohit Ghai draws inspiration from the tradition of hunting expeditions in the Indian countryside to craft its menu. In the opening picture, one of Kutir’s dishes.
MOSUKE
Paris-based chef Mory Sacko, whose restaurant was awarded a Michelin star two months after its opening, will employ skilled techniques to create his signature Afro-Japanese fusion cuisine.
SCARPETTA
The celebrated Italian restaurant will present its first Burrata Bar at the upcoming Expo 2020.
LONG CHIM
Long Chim offers street food with a “come and taste” concept and is inspired by the markets of Thailand. It will bring the flavors of modern Bangkok to the UAE.
KOJA KITCHEN
The restaurant merges Japanese and Korean cuisines, with dishes such as Korean barbecue and Japanese robata.
