São Paulo – Music streaming service Spotify has been available in 13 new Middle East and North Africa countries since November 13, it said in a press release. The brand is now present in 78 markets. All of the newly-added markets are Arab: Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Tunisia and Palestine.
Spotify is being launched in the region offering an all-Arabic user experience, featuring the best in local and international music and a wide range of locally curated playlists – including Top Arab Hits of the day, Oriental Chill Vibes and Arab Electronic Dance Music (EDM). Users can stream for free or subscribe to Spotify Premium.
