The diplomat, who worked as secretary-general of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as Brazil’s ambassador to Quito during the Ecuador-Peru peace talks, took office as president of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, 22.
