President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who will arrive in the United Arab Emirates this Saturday (15), made his first official visit to the Arab country in 2003, when he met then president, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, considered the founding father of the nation.
