Figures released by Abraciclo point to a year-on-year recovery in September’s motorcycle exports.
Brazilian brand Circuit, which markets accessories for motorcycles and bicycles, will have its products exported by IBG Trade and distributed by local representatives. The company expects Dubai to become a sales hub for the Middle East and North Africa.
Brazilian association estimates a production of 1.175 million units in 2020. Domestic market drives up the industry. Exports are down.
Year-to-date through June, 2 million units were sold, including automobiles, light commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, and motorcycles.
Brazil saw 80,690 units made last month, but exports are on their way down.
Last month, 306,700 units were sold in the country. Year-to-date, sales have reached almost 2 million.
The country produced 96,600 units in May. Exports increased 37% in the same month.
Brazilian industry produced 88,422 units in April, according to sector association ABRACICLO.
