The Immigration Museum in São Paulo will have a program with Arab food tasting, a chat about the Arab press in Brazil, and a visit to its reserve collection featuring rare journals and magazines.

The exhibition at São Paulo’s Immigration Museum features canvases crafted by artists from the United Arab Emirates.
The mural ‘Windows Open to the World’ has 736 square meters and is in front of the museum in the east side of São Paulo city. Among the eight real characters portrayed are Arab immigrants from Libya, Palestine, and Iraq.
In a partnership with the Arab Brazilian Chamber, the Immigration Museum held an event celebrating the Day of the Arab Community in Brazil on Saturday (26). The program featured a project and a survey presentation and short-film screenings, as well as many tales of immigration.
On March 26 and 27, activities at the museum will celebrate Arab immigration to Brazil. The program includes screenings of films and theater plays. The Arab Brazilian Chamber is a partner in the initiative.

June 2, 8 and 9 will see São Paulo’s Immigration Museum host cuisine, artistic performances, handicraft and workshops. The Syrian, Palestinian, Egyptian, Iraqi and Moroccan communities will participate.
The Immigration Museum will have cuisine, dance, music and handcraft of over 50 nationalities on June 3, 9 and 10.
