Year-to-date through August, Arab countries purchased 1.17 million bags of coffee from Brazil, up 2.8% year-on-year. Export revenues, however, slid by 8%.
Last month saw 3 million bags of coffee shipped from Brazil, the next-to-highest amount since record-taking began.
The 2019/2020 crop-year saw sales from Brazil to Arab nations slide. Total exports had second best result on record.

The first two months of the year saw 246,932 60-kg bags shipped to Arab countries, down 15.2% from January and February of 2019.
