The UAE’s Zayed Sustainability Award provides funding to innovative projects in five different categories. Entries will be accepted until May 6, 2021.
The international award supplying funding to innovative sustainable projects was originally slated for January 2021. It has been pushed back a year as a result of the pandemic.
The announcement was made during a webinar hosted this Monday (4) by the Zayed Sustainability Prize, featuring Arab Brazilian Chamber secretary-general Tamer Mansour. The deadline was pushed ahead due to the global Covid-19 pandemic.
The Zayed Sustainability Prize is awarded by the Abu Dhabi government to projects in five categories: Health, Food, Energy, Water, and Global High Schools.
Award that recognizes sustainable projects in different areas is in its 11th edition and has open registrations until May 30. Lunch gathered government authorities, diplomats, entrepreneur, teachers, and students at the Arab Brazilian Chamber.
The UAE consulate in São Paulo held a dinner to promote the prize of the Arab country that awards sustainable projects in different areas. Brazilians can submit their entries.
Companies, research organizations and high schools from across the world can take part. Free entries are open until August 9. The Awards’ fund is of USD 3 million.
