São Paulo – BoldCron, a Brazilian company that produces software for trade and electronic payment, has just signed a contract with Argentine company Subtech for the exchange and integration of technologies and new product development. With this, the Brazilian company intends to become more international, expanding its business to other countries in Latin America.
Based in the city of São José dos Campos, in the interior of the southeastern Brazilian state of São Paulo, BoldCron was established six years ago by professionals who graduated from the Aeronautical Technology Institute (ITA). According to a spokesperson for the company, it currently also has offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo and forecasts revenues of US$ 1.8 million this year, against US$ 1 million in 2004.
Subtech, according to the spokesperson, belongs to the argentine group Sub1, which operates in various sectors, such as production of aluminium, electronic transactions, services for electric energy distributors and technology for transformer oil treatment and oil refineries.
