São Paulo – Brazil’s National Agency for Waterway Transportation (Antaq) is auctioning three maritime terminals next Friday (27) – two in the Port of Paranaguá (pictured above), Paraná, in Southern Brazil, and one in the Porto f Itaqui, Maranhão, in the Northeast.
Antaq said this Tuesday (24) that the facilities being auctioned in Paraná are a pulp and paper and a vehicle shipping terminal. The one in Maranhão is intended for pulp and paper shipping. The auction will take place at 10 am at the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa).
