São Paulo – New vehicle sales in Brazil dropped 20.29% in July from July 2015, the National Motor Vehicle Distributors Association reported this Tuesday (2). The numbers include automobiles, light commercial vehicles, trucks and buses.
Last month, 181,416 units were sold, down from 227,606 units in July 2015. Year-on-year in June, sales climbed by 5.59%. Year-to-date through July, sales were 24.68% weaker than in the comparable year-ago period.
