Lebanese immigration to Brazil began 125 years ago
The community of Lebanese immigrants and descendants in Brazil is even greater than the population of Lebanon. With so many people, stories to be told are not lacking. One example is the Massud family, which arrived in the country at the end of the 19th century and whose members spread into various different activities, such as trade, politics and medicine, or the Nabhan family, who immigrated even more recently, in 1979.
