São Paulo – The Brazilian National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) announced this Monday (31st) that 37 out of 39 companies were approved for the 13th Bidding Round of exploratory blocs of oil and natural gas. The evaluation of the registrations was finished on Friday (28th), according to the ANP.
According to the agency, the registrations of two companies were refused due to failure to comply with the auction notice’s requirements. The bidding round is scheduled for October 7th with the offer of 266 exploratory blocs located in ten Brazilian states.
