São Paulo – The Brazil-Arab News Agency (ANBA) web site had a record number of hits in May. According to figures supplied by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (CCAB), the number of hits reached 20,703 in the month, against 10,120 registered in April, a 104.58% increase.
Apart from April, the number of hits to the ANBA website has been rising steadily every month since it was inaugurated by the CCAB, in September last year. In the month the agency started operating, there were 1,389 hits, in October, the total rose to 2,074, in November, 2,459, in December, 3,651, in January, 4,817, in February 7,177, in March, a peak of 10,945, in April there was a slight drop to 10,120 and in May, a new record with 20,703 hits.
