São Paulo – The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce promotes on August 8 a meeting with associates and companies that use its certification services. The meeting should take place at the organisation’s offices, in São Paulo, and the objective is to present business opportunities, to raise the main demands of companies regarding the Arab market and to detail activities and facilities offered by the institution.
The event should help the Chamber establish its schedule of trade actions for next year. "The idea is, for example, to provide suggestions of fairs in which the companies are most interested in participating,” said the organisation’s CEO, Michel Alaby.
Apart from trade promotion activities, representatives of companies are going to be able to word their demands. "We are going to promote exchange of ideas to see where the Chamber may be more active,” said Alaby.
He mentioned some services that the organisation offers and that may simplify associate business, including research about specific products, showing the potential of the product in the Arab market, apart from the lists of importers and exporters of different items in the Middle East and North Africa.
The businessmen will meet Alaby, the business and market manager, Rodrigo Solano, and the commercial manager, Janaína Calonga. Participation is free of charge, but enrolment is necessary at address http://bit.ly/P7dctL.
