São Paulo – During the afternoon of Thursday (27) The Brazilian Export Promotion Agency (Apex), the Independent Television Producer Association (ABPI-TV), the Culture Ministry, and the Support Service to the Small Business (Sebrae) should be signing an agreement to provide incentives to Brazilian film, program, and documentary export, in São Paulo. An estimated US$ 3 million will be turned to the project.
The objective of the accord is to increase the participation of Brazilian programs on the foreign market and provide incentives for co-productions with other countries. The main targets are the United States, Canada, France, England, Germany, Russia, Japan, Italy, and Asia. The agreement will be signed during the 5th Brazilian Programming and Production Forum.
