Brasilia – The Brazilian trade balance in the first week of October presented a surplus of US$ 1.075 billion. The information was released today (10) by the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade.
Exports totalled US$ 2.826 billion, with a daily average of US$ 565.2 million. Imports added up to US$ 1.751 billion, reaching a daily average of US$ 350.2 million.
Throughout the year, exports added up to US$ 89.546 billion and imports, US$ 55.8 billion, with a surplus favourable to Brazil of US$ 33.746 billion.
