São Paulo – From this Tuesday (14) to Thursday (16), Brazilian company Nitro has been participating in the Middle East Coatings Show (MECS) for paints, pigments, resins, and enamels. The event occurs at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the United Arab Emirates. The company took to the show its lines of nitrocellulose solutions aimed at formulating high-performance printing inks.
For the commercial director of Nitro, Felipe Subtil, participating in the show is an opportunity to strengthen ties with clients in the Arab world, Asia, and Europe and find potential buyers. The company is initiating a cycle of investments in modernization and expansion of production capacity to consolidate itself as a world leader in nitrocellulose. It already exports to over 70 countries.

Nitro’s products are used in industries such as flexible packaging, woodworking, leather, automobile repainting, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The company is headquartered and has a resin plant in the neighborhood of São Miguel Paulista, in the capital city of São Paulo, and two other units in Uruguay and the United States, in addition to distribution centers in France, Italy, and the Netherlands and a commercial office in Austria. The company is a member of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC).
