The fair began on Monday and ends on Friday, in Amman, the Jordanian capital. The organization is represented by directors Michel Alaby and Mustapha Abdouni.

The commercial delegation from the state of Santa Catarina, in southern Brazil, ended its mission to Kuwait, the Emirates, and Qatar with a positive balance. Members’ briefcases will return full of good business perspectives. The executives expect to close US$ 68 million in sales over the next two years, judging by contacts made during the trip.

The Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina (Fiesc) signed on Thursday (02), in Dubai, an agreement for cooperation with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This is the second agreement of the kind signed during the mission of businessmen from the southern Brazilian state of Santa Catarina to the region. Brazilian participation in the fair is promoted by the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex) and by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce.

International Commercial Center, which operates in various sectors, plans to invest US$ 50 million in mills in the country. Directors at the company met yesterday in Kuwait with the delegation of Brazilian businessmen that is organized by the Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina and the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce.
