The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer participated at the Dubai Air Show, trade fair in the aviation sector which ended yesterday in the United Arab Emirates. The company exhibited two models of aircrafts, the executive Legacy 600 and the EMB 145 AEW&C, used in surveillance and reconnaissance actions.

The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce has a stand at the National Foreign Trade Meeting to show trade possibilities in the Arab market. Yesterday, on the first day of the meeting, the stand was visited by many people.
Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa participated yesterday at the opening of Jewellery Arabia, trade fair in the jewellery sector in Manama, and passed by the Brazilian stand. The national jewelleries are installed amongst famous brands such as Chanel, Cartier, Graff and Hermes. On the first day, the companies have already sold earrings and rings.
The figure was presented yesterday by the secretary general of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Riyadh, Hussein Al Athel, to the Brazilian delegation that is in the Arab country. Athel spoke of the growth of Saudi Arabia and invited the Brazilians to participate in the expansion process. He stated that Brazil, next to China, India and South Africa, is currently a priority trade partner.
Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, ministers and representatives of state governments are going to participate in the official opening of the meeting at Glória Hotel, at 03:00 pm today. The Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce will have an institutional stand at the site.
A Brazilian trade delegation that is currently in Saudi Arabia met yesterday with the assistant secretary general for Economic Affairs at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Mohammed Al-Mazrooei. He suggested the organization of the meeting to bring both blocs closer together. The Gulf and the Mercosur are negotiating a free trade agreement.
Abdelaziz Bouteflika stated his wish yesterday during a meeting he had with the Brazilian ministers of Development, Luiz Fernando Furlan, and Mines and Energy, Silas Rondeau, in Algiers. The meeting was the last activity for the ministers in the mission they led to Algeria. Brazilian oil giant Petrobras and Sonatrach, its Algerian counterpart, also started discussing the details of the partnership they plan on holding and that should include the construction of a gas liquefaction plant.
