Conglomerate from Brazil wants to enter the foreign market through the Arab world
J.Macêdo, from the northeastern Brazilian state of Ceará, is the second largest mill in Brazil and produces an ample line of food products. The group also has factories of electric transformers and paint and had revenues of R$ 1.1 billion (US$ 517 million at current exchange rates) in 2005. Despite the size, only now has the company decided to start exporting in a continuous manner.
