São Paulo – The economic activity increase 0.3% in Q2 in Brazil over the previous three months of the year, according to an indicator surveyed by credit bureau Serasa Experian. The data is inflation-adjusted. However, the increase was lower than the one registered in Q1, which stood at 1%.
Serasa Experian’s economists say that the result shows that the Brazilian economy continues in expansion, although at a slower pace. The weakening of the impact done by the excellent agricultural crop and the country’s political turbulence impacted the result.
