Embratur releases seal to promote Brazil abroad

Brand has the country’s flag stylized and the slogan ‘Brazil visit and love us.’

Brasília – The Brazilian Tourist Board (Embratur) developed a new brand to promote tourism in Brazil abroad. It will come with the slogan “Visit and love us.” Embratur said the new brand is inspired by the flag of the country, a symbol recognized all over the world.

“It’s the nation’s greatest symbol. Our nature, athletes, music, food, all these landmarks of our culture have masterfully put our flag out there, and we as a government must live up to such a rich country,” said Embratur president Gilson Machado Neto.

“We also took inspiration from the compass rose in a Brazil that is beautiful and full of life, nature, culture and wonders in every direction,” he added. “This new brand affirms that and the importance the federal government gives to the tourism industry, strengthening the image of Brazil and its flag all around the world,” he said.
