Exports from Brazil to the Arab countries break new monthly record
The shipments generated US$ 730 million in October, 57% more than in the same month last year. Agribusiness was the main cause for the performance, mainly sugar, whose sales to the region grew 170%. In the accumulated result for the year, exports have exceeded the result for the whole of 2005.
