São Paulo – The United Arab Emirates are set to host the Global Business Summit on December 16. An Estonian-Emirati initiative, the event will see governments and businesses from around the world come together to digitally transform the post-Covid-19 pandemic reality.
The Summit’s opening will include a keynote speech from UAE minister of Foreign Relations and International Cooperation Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and a presentation on the UAE’s top digital solution.
Organizers believe that the meeting will be an opportunity for different countries to present their best digital solutions to the world, which could lead to export opportunities. The target demographic is high-level officials from United Nations member countries and leading businesses in different industries. They will work on finding and sharing practical digital responses to the complex challenges of the Covid-19 crisis, as well as on facilitating public-private sector cooperation.
The Global Business Summit will feature simultaneous events covering six sectors: e-Health, e-Education, e-Governance & Cyber Security, e-Agriculture & Food Technology, Smart Mobility & Logistics, and Finance & Manufacturing.
Each sector will have its own moderator and keynote speaker. Panelists from different countries will get up to two minutes to present their top digital solutions and then they will get to show a video.
