Gulf is priority for the Mercosur
This information was disclosed by the director of the International Negotiations Department at the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Relations, Evandro Didonet, who spoke during the Encomex, a foreign trade meeting that took place yesterday (4) in São Paulo, the largest business centre in Brazil. According to him, talks for a trade agreement with the Gulf Cooperation Council should be restarted before the end of the year.
