São Paulo – The chocolate coating made by company Harald, from São Paulo, has won the Arab market. Company exports to the Arab countries should end the year with growth of 30% over last year. According to figures disclosed by Harald, the Arab market represents 10% of the company’s foreign sales. “It is definitely a target market for coming years," said the export coordinator, Milena Boggio.
Sales to the Arab market are through the Harald distributors in the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. The company usually participates in international fairs, business roundtables and business delegations to the region to make contacts. The next trip will be participation in a delegation to the Middle East, organized by the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, and led by minister Miguel Jorge.
