Minister gives talk about Brazilian education to Lebanese
Fernando Haddad, minister of Education of Brazil, held a lecture at the University of Beirut in which he addressed the programmes for education stimulation that exist in the country, such as scholarships for needy university students. Haddad was in Syria and Lebanon between Sunday and Tuesday and discussed with the local ministers programmes for educational cooperation.
