Office representing Brazil has started operating in Palestine
Ambassador Bernardo de Azevedo Brito, in charge of the Brazilian diplomatic office in Ramallah, landed in the region at the end of July and had his first meeting with the Palestinian foreign affairs minister, Nabil Shaat, last week. The initiative is part of the government strategy of improving relations between Brazil and the Middle East.
