Rio de Janeiro – Petrobras set a new record for daily processing in hydrotreatment units for diesel and aviation kerosene at its refineries in Brazil. The processed cargo on September 10th reached 109,000 cubic metres (m³), up 4,000 m³ from the previous record, set on June 6th 2014.
According to Petrobras, the level reached shows the constant search for operational efficiency at refineries, through improvement in the supply system. Such effort helped reduce imports of these oil products, according to the company.
