São Paulo – Saudi Arabia imported some 320,000 cars during the first half of this year, according to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, Saudi newspaper Arab News reported in its website on Friday (26).
The volume is equivalent to 57% of last year’s total figure, which amounted to about 262,000, up 2.9% on the previous year.
Key import partners include Japan, United States, and South Korea, the Saudi authority said, with Thailand, Germany, China, and India also playing a prominent role.
