São Paulo – A seminar should discuss the "Arab Spring" next Thursday (1) in the city of São Paulo. The meeting, to cover recent happenings in the Arab world, will include journalists and writers José Arbex Júnior and Márcia Camargos. Arbex is a doctor in Social History and a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP). Marcia is also a doctor in
Social History, but through the University of São Paulo (USP).
The talks are promoted by the PUC-SP, the Association of Friends of Florestan Fernandes National School and Florestan Fernandes National School. They are part of a greater project, named "Seminar on Higher Contemporary Studies ", a series of meetings on great themes, with specialists in each area, forecasted to take place up to December.
The meeting about the Arab world should take place at the auditorium of the Union of Professional Journalists of the State of São Paulo, at 530, Rego Freitas street, in Vila Buarque, São Paulo.
