Sudan opens first Latin American embassy in Brazil, focussing on business
The country wants Brazilian oil company Petrobras to join forces with other foreign companies to explore oil in the Red Sea. The country is also interested in a Brazilian company to supply boilers to a sugar mill, and in negotiation agricultural technology. "We want to come closer to Brazil," informed Ramatullah Mohamed Othman, Sudanese ambassador in Brasília, to ANBA.
