An Arab delegation in Brazil participated in a celebration in the São Paulo city center, where an artwork to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Arab entrepreneurship was presented.
Brazilian entity Fambras will participate in the 26th edition of the International Book Biennial from July 2 to 10 at Expo Center Norte in the capital city of São Paulo. The stand’s attractions will be stories of Muslim inventors and the comic book ‘Khalil,’ which already has eight volumes.
At the Ceará Book Biennial, the publication ‘Infância Refugiada – Retratos de um Conflito’ features photographs taken by Brazil’s Karine Garcêz in countries including Palestine, Lebanon and Syria. Also featured are texts in Portuguese and English and children’s drawings.
So said Fahim Al Qasimi, the head of a delegation from the emirate, during the opening ceremony of the São Paulo book fair, which features the Arab city as its guest of honor.
