The Arab country is the leading destination of egg exports from Brazil and stepped up its imports in the first two months of the year to 3,500 tonnes.
The Arab country continues to be the leading destination for Brazilian eggs and shipped 50% of the total exported volume. Overall exports grew 81.5% over the previous year.
The Brazilian egg producer is ranked 12th worldwide and has been exporting to four countries for twelve years, including the United Arab Emirates, which buys 75% of the company’s total exports.
