Taking stock of 2022, the year when the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce turned 70, its president Osmar Chohfi highlighted the record-breaking trade between Brazil and the Arab market, the launch of a halal project, the Economic Forum Brazil & Arab Countries, and the expansion of electronic customs clearance system Easy Trade.
According to an announcement made in the Global Halal Brazil forum, electronic platform Ellos will be used for all imports in Egypt. The system allows for digitally issuing and checking trading documents.
The institution will present three initiatives to take Brazil-Arab relations to the sphere of innovation and technology. Registration for the online event is now open. Astronaut and minister Marcos Pontes will participate.
